What we collect

TuitionFlow stores the account information you provide, student and lesson details you enter, payment records, and calendar information needed to provide synchronisation. We do not sell personal data.

Google data

Google account information is used to sign you in. Calendar access is requested separately and is used only to synchronise tuition lessons you choose to manage with TuitionFlow. Calendar access tokens are encrypted at rest.

How data is used

We use your data to operate the service, calculate lesson and payment information, synchronise calendars, secure accounts, and support users.

Retention and deletion

Your workspace data remains available while your account is active. You may disconnect a calendar at any time and request account deletion from the Settings page. Deleted account data is removed subject to security, legal, and backup-retention requirements.

Service providers

TuitionFlow uses cloud hosting, database, authentication, and calendar providers to deliver the service. These providers process only the data required for their role.
