What we collect

TuitionFlow stores the account information you provide, student and lesson details you enter, payment records, and calendar information needed to provide synchronisation. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Google account and Calendar data

If you choose Google sign-in, TuitionFlow accesses your Google account identifier, name, profile image, and email address to authenticate you and create your account. If you separately connect Google Calendar, TuitionFlow accesses the selected calendar's identifier, name, description, time zone, and event data so it can import lessons and create, update, cancel, or delete lesson events at your direction.

How Google data is stored and shared

OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Calendar identifiers and synchronised lesson data are stored in your private TuitionFlow workspace. Google user data is shared only with infrastructure providers that process it as necessary to operate TuitionFlow, or when required by law. It is not sold, used for advertising, or shared for unrelated purposes.

How data is used

We use your data to operate the service, calculate lesson and payment information, synchronise calendars, secure accounts, and support users. TuitionFlow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention, revocation and deletion

Your workspace data remains available while your account is active. You can disconnect Google Calendar in Settings or revoke TuitionFlow in your Google Account permissions at any time. Disconnecting removes the stored Google connection credentials. You may also request account deletion from Settings; account data is then removed subject to security, legal, and backup-retention requirements.

Service providers

TuitionFlow uses cloud hosting, database, authentication, and email providers to deliver the service. These providers process only the data required for their role and under our instructions.
